The pristine ocean front location boasts breathtaking views of the Kuta and Uluwatu Bays and is the ideal location to witness one of Bali’s famous water colored sunsets. Relax under swaying palm trees and listening to the gentle crash of waves as you slip into absolute serenity.

Designed by renown Balinese Architect, Po Po Danes, Villa Mandala is built in traditional Balinese style, has an open tropical and free flowing layout that allows great enjoyment of a large garden, beachfront, salt-water swimming pool, a massage "bale" and an open "cathedral" style living and dining room. The villa decoration is built around Balinese and Javanese antiques plus modern Asian touches to enhance the magnificent views and provide an upscale and relaxing experience.

Villa Mandala has an oceanfront location with uninterrupted views of Kuta and Uluwatu Bays and it is located in the scenic village of Seseh, a short distance from key Bali attractions such as: Semiyak, with its great restaurants and design shops (20 minutes), Ubud, the center of cultural life in Bali (45 minutes), Nirwana Golf Course (10 minutes), Tanah Lot Temple (5 minutes) and Bali's Denpasar International Airport (40 minutes).

Villa Mandala is 2,500 M 2 and accommodates 6 guests in three bedrooms, each one with wonderful ocean and pool views, and private bathroom & shower facilities.

Accomodation
The Lotus Room ( Master Bedroom)
The Lotus Room is luxurious and specious, featuring sleek modern Asian design accents. Step out on to the expansive open-air veranda and feel the crisp ocean breeze on your face, as you take in the breathtaking views. With access to the refreshing salt-water pool tucked surreptitiously behind lush garden walls, guests can enjoy peaceful seclusion.
The bedroom looks out over the tropical garden landscape, with the vast Indian Ocean coloring the background. A grand king size bed is the centerpiece, handcrafted by world famous Bali design house Warisan, alluringly resting atop solid Mahogany wood flooring. The bedroom features an en suite marble bathroom, featuring a large Terrazzo bathtub and separate open air shower. The bedroom also boasts a spacious walk-in closet and a safe for your personal belongings. The sitting area is the perfect space for lounging and relaxation, complete with a plush oversized reading chair, couch and coffee table.
The Lotus Room also features a seductive Turkish Day Room, including a Turkish style day bed complete with lavish pillows, for relaxing in chic style. This day room can be turned into a kid room. Unwind with a DVD, or watch any of the 30 international satellite channels or play some mood music on the stereo.
The Master Bungalow has also a large veranda surrounding the structure and facing the gardens, pool and ocean.

The Orchid Room (1st Guest Bedroom )
The Orchid Bungalow offers awe-inspiring panoramic views of the pristine Indian Ocean and the rich indigenous vegetation of the tropical gardens. With a sweeping open air veranda, the villa is decorated in sleek, modern Asian style, highlighting a palette of dark browns, blues and white, to mimic the stunning natural landscape.
In the Bedroom, the centerpiece is a decadent Queen Size bed, ensuring an exceptional nights rest. Hand-laid Mahogany floors intensify the elegant surroundings.
The en suite Bathroom is tiled with marble and features a luxurious Terrazzo bathtub and open-air shower.

The Ixora Room (2nd Guest Bedroom)
The Bedroom features hand laid Mahogany floors and a Queen sized bed, inviting the deep slumber of absolute comfort. Take care of last minute travel or work obligations at the writing desk and store your personal treasures in the antique wooden chest.
The Bathroom is constructed in elegant marble and is equipped with a tropical open-air shower, ideal for showering under the stars.

Dining and Living Room
The cool breeze circulates through the open living room, with a Cathedral style roof rising up 16 meters high, providing the most expansive and immaculate view on the property. The Living Room features a large hexagonal shaped couch, perfect to sink into while watching the spectacular sunset over the Bali horizon.
The Dining Room is elegant and inviting, with a hand-carved Warisan table seating up to eight guests. Enjoy a light breakfast in the warm sunshine or a decadent dinner while overlooking the inky blue of the ocean, dotted with the shimmer of fishing boats.
Kitchen
Villa Mandala has wonderful Balinese chef at the disposal of guests. Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner plus snacks available at Villa. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, Microwave, toaster and full bar utensils.
Garden
Beautiful tropical terraced garden with Frangipani and Palm trees includes two waterfalls with "Koi" fish. Garden has outdoor dining area that seats 8 for candlelight dinners with ocean and water fountain sounds as background.
